A girl hit my parked car last month and she now wants to go through insurance instead of just paying cash, so how does this work? I assume:
- she files claim
- insurance company asks for quote, tell them price
- insurance company pays for repair
but my main question is do they pay YOU or do they pay the shop directly?
lol. my phone was stolen. it was the samsung rogue, and since they don’t make those anymore, i have to get the samsung reality. can i choose the color? because there’s piano black or city red. but i don’t wanna call the insurance company and be like "can i get this color of the phone" because idk, i think that would be weird lol

A they home insurance for a mobile home is riduclious and the insurance on my home go up every year and the name of their insurance ageny that they gave me was Home first agency inc. And their insurance is too high. Is their any other insurance company that will take insurance on a mobile home.

My insurance company is trying to dispute a bill because I had a yeast infection. They’re claiming it’s a pre-existing condition! WTF!!! A yeast infection? It’s not like that is some serious condition that I knew about. I went to the doctor and found out I had one. What a rip off!

So if he sues me, is my insurance company obligated to defend me? What if he sues me in small claims court where no lawyers are allowed?

Father and Stepmother were in process of divorcing, but father died before everything was final.He purportedly changed his life insurance policy to include all of his children, not just those bore by him and stepmother.
